Nairobi

Nairobi is Kenya’s capital city. In addition to its urban core, the city has Nairobi National Park, a large game reserve known for breeding endangered black rhinos and home to giraffes, zebras and lions. Next to it is a well-regarded elephant orphanage operated by the David Sheldrick Wildlife Trust. Nairobi is also often used as a jumping-off point for safari trips elsewhere in Kenya.

 

Aberdare National Park

The Aberdare National Park is a protected area in the Aberdare Mountain Range in central Kenya located east of the East African Rift Valley. It covers the higher areas and the Aberdare Salient to the east.

 

Lake Naivasha

Lake Naivasha is a freshwater lake in Kenya, outside the town of Naivasha in Nakuru County, which lies north west of Nairobi. It is situated in the Great Rift Valley.

 

Masai Mara

Maasai Mara National Reserve is an area of preserved savannah wilderness in southwestern Kenya, along the Tanzanian border. Its animals include lions, cheetahs, elephants, zebras and hippos. Wildebeest traverse its plains during their annual migration. The landscape has grassy plains and rolling hills, and is crossed by the Mara and Talek rivers. The area nearby is dotted with villages (enkangs) of Maasai people.

Itinerary

Day 1 : ARRIVE - NAIROBI

Arrive at Nairobi Airport. On arrival, transfer to your hotel & check-in. Spend rest of the at leisure to explore on your own. You can explore the cites attraction, its cafe culture, unbridled nightlife, the National Museum, the Karen Blixen Museum. Overnight at the hotel in Nairobi.

Today morning after breakfast, check-out from the hotel & transfer to Aberdare Region. The landscape is characterised by steep forested slopes, expansive moors, and deep ravines scattered with cascading waterfalls, crystal-clear streams and rushing rivers. Arrive in time for lunch at Aberdare Country Club. After lunch, transfer to The Ark Lodge where only overnight bags are allowed at the Lodge. Enjoy game viewing from the lodge itself where you can see variety of African wildlife such as: elephant, lion, spotted hyena, rhino, black leopard and the very elusive bongo antelope that lives in the high altitude bamboo forests. Overnight at the Ark Lodge.

Today morning after breakfast, check-out from the Ark Lodge & transfer to Lake Naivasha which is located in the beautiful Kenya Rift Valley basin. Arrive in time for lunch at the lodge & check-in. After lunch, spend rest of the day at leisure to explore on your own. Overnight at the hotel in Lake Naivasha.

Today morning after breakfast, check-out from the hotel & proceed to Masai Mara known as the largest mass movement of land mammals on the planet – with more than a million animals. Arrive at Masai Mara in time for lunch. Have a lunch in the Camp. Later in the afternoon, proceed for game drive in the park. Enjoy the wildlife & see the large prides of lions, herds of elephants, as well as giraffes, gazelles and eland can also be spotted in the reserve. Return back to the hotel. Overnight at the hotel in Masai Mara.

Today morning after breakfast, proceed for the early morning game drive. Enjoy the safari & wildlife. Later enjoy the afternoon game drives & have a lunch. Return back to the hotel. Overnight at the hotel in Masai Mara.

Today morning after breakfast, check-out from the hotel & transfer to Nairobi Airport to board your flight back home.
