Finland

Europe is the world’s second-smallest continent by land area, covering roughly 10 million square kilometers, yet it is home to a diverse population of over 740 million people spread across approximately 50 independent countries. Geographically, it forms the western peninsula of Eurasia and is bordered by the Arctic Ocean, the Atlantic Ocean, and the Mediterranean Sea. The continent is a global economic and political powerhouse, largely driven by the European Union, which promotes seamless trade, a shared currency (the euro), and open borders via the Schengen Area. Culturally, Europe boasts an incredibly rich heritage, with its citizens speaking more than 200 distinct languages rooted primarily in Germanic, Romance, and Slavic linguistic families.
