Raipur is the capital city of Chhattisgarh state in central India. In the center, the ancient Dudhadhari Math temple is a sacred monument dedicated to Lord Rama, decorated with scenes from the epic poem “Ramayana.” Nearby, a statue of the Hindu monk Swami Vivekananda towers over Vivekananda Sarovar lake. Southeast, Purkhouti Muktangan is an open-air museum featuring landscaped grounds, statues and tribal artifacts.
CHAMPARAN
Champaran or Champaranya formerly known as Champajhar named after forests of Champa Flowers which are extinct from here is a village in the Raipur District in the state of Chhattisgarh, India, which lies about 60km from the state capital of Raipur via Arang and 30 Km from Mahasamund Via Bamhani, Tila.

Itinerary
Day 1 - ARRIVE RAIPUR
Arrive at Raipur airport/ Railway station, you will be transfer to your hotel full day is free for leisure you may even opt for local sightseeing of Raipur followed by some shopping in the local market. Overnight stay at the hotel in Raipur.
Day 2 - RAIPUR-CHAMPARAN-GANGREL
Today morning after breakfast proceed to visit Rajim, Champaran. Chamaparan (earlier known as Champajhar) is a small but famous village as its the birthplace of the saint Vallabhacharya, the reformer and founder of the Vallabh Sect. A beautiful temple has been built in honour of this great saint, which has enhanced the religious sancty of the place. The temple of Champakeshwara Mahadeva is another aracon at Champaran, worth visiting on your Champaran Tour. In evening, proceed to Gangrel dam one of the biggest dam in central India overnight stay at the hotel in Gangrel.
Day 3 - GANGREL-DEPART RAIPUR
Today morning after breakfast enjoy water sports activity at Gangrel dam and later you will be transferred to Raipur Airport / Railway Station to board your flight/ train back home or to your next destination.
